Section 116. Each barrel, crate, one half crate or one quarter crate used for the sale or delivery of cranberries shall be of the standard measure prescribed in this or the preceding section, and shall be marked as therein required. No person shall use any barrel, crate, one half crate or one quarter crate for such sale or delivery, the capacity of which is less than that of the corresponding standard package prescribed in the preceding section. Sealers of weights and measures shall enforce this and the preceding section. Whoever violates any provision of this or the preceding section shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars.It shall be lawful to use for the sale and delivery of cranberries, square or oblong packages which contain one half crate or one quarter crate
