§ 85C — Policemen and firemen excepted from law

Section 85C. No policeman or fireman whose employment begins after June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and thirty-seven, shall be subject to the provisions of sections eighty-three to eighty-five B, inclusive, or any of them.
