§ 168D — Sexual misconduct climate survey

Section 168D.

(a)For the purposes of this section, the following terms shall have the following meanings unless the context clearly requires otherwise:''Institution'', a public or independent institution of higher education located in the commonwealth and authorized to grant degrees pursuant to any general or special law.''Sexual misconduct'', an incident of sexual violence, dating violence, domestic violence, gender-based violence, violence based on sexual orientation or gender identity or expression, sexual assault, sexual harassment or stalking.
(b)(1) Each institution shall conduct a sexual misconduct climate survey of all students at the institution not less than once every 4 years.
