Text
Section 16. The aides-de-camp of the commander-in-chief and all officers included in the organization of the land and naval forces of the commonwealth, including the adjutant general in his capacity as commissioner of war records under chapter two hundred and eleven of the acts of nineteen hundred and twelve and chapter one hundred and seven of the General Acts of nineteen hundred and nineteen, shall serve under the governor in his capacity as commander-in-chief.
