§ 10 — Appointment of delegates to represent commonwealth at conventions

Section 10. The governor may appoint state officers as delegates to represent the commonwealth at such conventions as may be held in any part of the United States for the purpose of considering questions of charity, reform, statistics, insurance and other matters affecting the welfare of the people.
