§ 43 — Penalty

Massachusetts·Part I ADMINISTRATION OF THE GOVERNMENT·Title VII CITIES, TOWNS AND DISTRICTS·Ch. 41 OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF CITIES, TOWNS AND DISTRICTS
Section 43. Each appointing, employing or other officer, who wilfully refuses or neglects to comply with any provision of the two preceding sections shall be punished by a fine of not less than twenty-five nor more than one hundred dollars.
