§ 145 — Severability

Massachusetts·Part I ADMINISTRATION OF THE GOVERNMENT·Title V MILITIA·Ch. 33A MASSACHUSETTS CODE OF MILITARY JUSTICE
Article 145. Severability.The provisions of this code shall be severable and if any provision of this code or the application of such provision to a person or circumstance is declared invalid for any reason, such declaration shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of the code.
