§ 140 — Delegation by the Commander-in-chief

Article 140. Delegation by the Commander-in-chief.The commander-in-chief may delegate any authority vested in the commander-in-chief under this code and may provide for the subdelegation of any such authority, except the power given to the commander-in-chief by article 22.
