Text

Section 25A. If any state officer or member of a department who is allowed actual and reasonable expenses incurred while traveling in the performance of duty, under the provisions of section twenty-five, dies while in the performance of such duty away from home, his body shall be returned to his home at the expense of the commonwealth.
