§ 101 — Annual report of commissioner to general court

Section 101. The commissioner of probation shall make an annual report to the general court of the probation work of the courts for the year ending on December thirty-first preceding. The report shall include such information as the commissioner may consider useful, with his suggestions or recommendations.
