Section 100N.

(a)A record expunged pursuant to section 100F, section 100G, section 100H or section 100K shall not operate to disqualify a person in any examination, appointment or application for employment with any county agency, municipal agency or state agency nor shall such expunged records be admissible in evidence or used in any way in any court proceedings or hearings before any boards or commissions or in determining suitability for the practice of any trade or profession requiring licensure. No county agency, municipal agency or state agency shall, directly or indirectly, when determining a person's eligibility for examination, appointment or employment with any county agency, municipal agency or state agency require the disclosure of a criminal record expunged pursuant to sectio
