§ 1 — Flags; display in courts

Massachusetts·Part III COURTS, JUDICIAL OFFICERS AND PROCEEDINGS IN CIVIL CASES·Title I COURTS AND JUDICIAL OFFICERS·Ch. 220 COURTS AND NATURALIZATION

Section 1. The flag of the United States and the flag of the commonwealth shall be displayed in every court of justice of the commonwealth while court is in session. The flags shall be of suitable dimensions.
