Section 138. As used in this section and sections 139 and 140, the following words shall, unless the context otherwise requires, have the following meanings:—''Agricultural net metering facility'', a renewable energy generating facility operated as part of an agricultural business that generates electricity that does not have a generation capacity of more than 2 megawatts and is located on land owned or controlled by the agricultural business and is used to provide energy to metered accounts of the business.''Agriculture'', the same meaning as provided in section 1A of chapter 128; provided, however, that when necessary, the commissioner of agricultural resources shall determine if a business is an agricultural business.''Anaerobic digestion net metering facility'', a facility that (1) gen
