§ 132 — Exemption of trust fund from certain insurance laws

Section 132. A fund shall be exempt from the provisions of this chapter, except as provided in sections one hundred and twenty-nine to one hundred and thirty-two, inclusive, chapter one hundred and seventy-four A, one hundred and seventy-four B, one hundred and seventy-five, one hundred and seventy-five A, one hundred and seventy-five C, one hundred and seventy-five E, one hundred and seventy-five F, one hundred and seventy-six, one hundred and seventy-six A, one hundred and seventy-six C, one hundred and seventy-six E, one hundred and seventy-six F, one hundred and seventy-six G, one hundred and eighty-two, and from the provisions of any other statute relating to insurance.
