§ 15 — Special meetings

Section 15. A special meeting of the stockholders shall be called, and a written notice thereof, stating the time, place and purpose of the meeting, given, by the clerk upon written application of three or more stockholders entitled to vote, holding at least one tenth part in interest of the capital stock.
