§ 224 — Liability for allowing animal on railroad
Section 224. Whoever enters upon or crosses a railroad at a private way closed by gates or bars, and neglects to close them securely, shall forfeit not less than two nor more than ten dollars, and be liable for any damage resulting therefrom.
