§ 185 — Change in number of train crew; regulation by department

Section 185. Whenever the department is of opinion, after a hearing had upon its own motion or upon complaint, that the number of men forming a train crew of any train is not sufficient to operate said train for the safety of the public and the employees of the railroad, it shall thereupon order such changes as it deems necessary.
