§ 183 — Penalty for violation of experience requirements for engineers and conductors

Section 183. Any violation of any provision of the four preceding sections shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars or imprisonment for not more than one year, or both, and each day's violation shall constitute a separate offence.
