§ 5 — Enforcement of statutes and rules; entry of premises in pursuance of duties

Massachusetts·Part I ADMINISTRATION OF THE GOVERNMENT·Title XX PUBLIC SAFETY AND GOOD ORDER·Ch. 146 INSPECTION OF BOILERS, AIR TANKS, ETC. LICENSES OF ENGINEERS, FIREMEN, AND OPERATORS OF HOISTING MACHINERY
Section 5. The division shall enforce this chapter and the rules of the board except when otherwise provided. All inspectors of the division may enter any premises in the pursuance of their duty.
