§ 10 — Issuance of search warrant

Section 10. A court or official authorized to issue warrants in criminal cases shall, upon a sworn complaint that the complainant believes that any fish unlawfully taken or possessed are concealed in any boat, vehicle, fish car, box, locker, crate, package, building or other particular place, other than a dwelling house, within its or his jurisdiction, if satisfied that there is reasonable cause for such belief, issue a warrant to search therefor. The warrant shall designate and describe the place to be searched and the articles for which search is to be made and, if possible, the person by whom the articles are believed to be owned, kept or possessed, and shall be directed to any officer named in section eleven commanding him to search the place where the fish for which he is required to
