§ 104 — Marketing agreements; approval

Section 104. Pursuant to section two of this chapter, and in order to promote and develop the agricultural resources of the commonwealth and encourage the marketing of fresh and processed apples, and to effectuate the declared policy of this chapter, the commissioner may, after due notice and opportunity for hearing, approve marketing agreements, which marketing agreements shall thereupon be binding upon the signatories thereto exclusively.
