§ 73L — Revocation of order of suspension; granting of new licenses; hearing

Section 73L. The board may, upon application and after hearing, revoke an order of suspension or grant a new license to any person whose license has been revoked or suspended under the provisions of section seventy-three H, if the board is satisfied that this can be done consistently with the public interest.
