Text

Section 147. Any person who violates any provision of sections one hundred and thirty-nine to one hundred and forty-six, inclusive, or who willfully makes a false oath or affirmation in any case in which an oath or affirmation is required under said sections, or who obtains or attempts to obtain registration by any willful fraudulent representation shall be punished by a fine of not less than five hundred dollars nor more than one thousand dollars.
