Section 14. No person shall practice or attempt to practice podiatry in the commonwealth, or hold himself out as a podiatrist, or designate himself, or describe his occupation, by the use of any words or letters calculated to lead others to believe that he is a registered podiatrist, unless he is registered as provided in section sixteen.
