Section 70D. Upon receipt of a written request mailed by certified mail, return receipt requested, from any person notified of such lien in accordance with the provisions of section seventy B, such hospital shall within ten days after receipt of such request furnish such person with a certified itemized statement of all charges of such hospital in reference to such injured person as provided in section seventy A, or if such injured person has not been discharged from said hospital at the time such request is received, then such statement shall be so furnished within ten days after such person has been discharged from said hospital.If such hospital fails to comply with the provisions of this section, such lien shall be dissolved and no person shall be held liable under the provisions of sec
