Section 51H.

(a)As used in this section the following words shall, unless the context clearly requires otherwise, have the following meanings:[ Definition of "Facility'' in subsection (a) effective until April 8, 2025. For text effective April 8, 2025, see below.]"Facility'', a hospital, institution for the care of unwed mothers or clinic providing ambulatory surgery as defined by section 25B.[ Definition of "Facility'' in subsection (a) as amended by 2024, 343, Sec. 65 effective April 8, 2025.
