Section 51C. Each hospital, or other institution, licensed under section fifty-one shall not discriminate against an individual qualified within the scope of his or her license when considering or acting on an application for staff membership or clinical privileges to practice podiatry.Each application shall be considered solely on the basis of the individual training, current competence, experience, ability, personal character and judgment of the applicant.
