§ 188 — Disposition of fines and forfeitures

Massachusetts·Part I ADMINISTRATION OF THE GOVERNMENT·Title XVI PUBLIC HEALTH
Section 188. Fines and forfeitures incurred under the general laws, the special laws applicable to a town, or the ordinances, by-laws and regulations of a town, relative to health, shall enure to the use of such town except where the forfeiture is incurred by said town.
