Text

Section 186. No person shall provide for public use or entertainment in any place of public amusement or other place of public resort any so-called lung testing machine or similar contrivance the use of which requires the application of any part thereof to the lips. Violations of this or the preceding section shall be punished by a fine of not more than twenty-five dollars.
