§4511. Privilege; aircraft Any person who repairs, restores, performs maintenance work or other services to or on an aircraft, or provides fuel or materials in connection therewith has the privilege on the aircraft for either of the following:
(1)The amount due under the contract for the repairs or maintenance performed and the fuel or materials in connection therewith.
(2)If no amount is specified by contract, an amount that is reasonable under the circumstances.
