§3911. Withdrawal of surety from bond of administrator, executor, curator or tutor Sureties on the bond of any administrator, executor, curator or tutor, shall have the right to be released from any further liability on such bond, by causing their principal to be cited into the court having jurisdiction over the appointment of such administrator, curator, executor or tutor, by petition, setting forth their fears that such administrator, curator, executor or tutor is mismanaging the property under his charge, and that they are in danger of being injured seriously by his conduct, and praying that he shall be required to give new security.
