Text

A. The commissioner of financial institutions shall administer and carry out the provisions of this Chapter and may issue such regulations and orders as may be necessary to discharge this duty and to prevent evasions of this Chapter. B. The commissioner may promulgate reporting, examination, and fee regulations for bank holding companies in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act. Such regulations may include, but shall not exceed, the requirements established herein:

(1)Reports. Each bank holding company shall provide the office of financial institutions with a copy of its annual report submitted to the Federal Reserve Board. A bank holding company subject to a formal enforcement action by the Federal Reserve Board or any of its banks shall provide the office with copies of repo
