§930. Expenses of the department and the board
The legislature shall provide funds for suitable offices for Louisiana
Economic Development and the Board of Commerce and Industry and shall provide
adequate funds annually for the operation of the activities of the department and the
board. The department shall administer all such funds and any other funds made
available to the department or the board by the federal government or any other
outside agency, organization, or individual in accordance with state law.
