§911. Sale of certain eyeglasses and sunglasses prohibited; penalties

A.No person shall distribute, sell or deliver any eyeglasses or sunglasses within this state which do not meet or exceed the safety standards prescribed by the United States Department of Health, Education and Welfare.
B.Any person violating the provisions of this Section shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars nor more than five hundred dollars for each violation. Acts 1970, No. 498, §1, eff. July 1, 1972. Amended by Acts 1974, No. 445, §1.
