§912.52. Louisiana state administrative agent

A.The agent is hereby vested with the powers and authority necessary and proper to enable the agent to fully and effectively carry out and enforce the provisions and objectives of the Louisiana state plan administered on behalf of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, hereafter referred to as "HUD". The agent is hereby authorized and empowered to adopt and promulgate all reasonable rules and regulations to accomplish the objectives of the Louisiana state plan. The enumeration of any power or authority herein shall not be construed to deny, impair, disparage, or limit any others necessary to the attainment thereof. All rules and regulations shall be adopted in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Procedu
