§911.38. Suspension or revocation of licenses for violation After prior notice and hearing, the commission may suspend or revoke the license of any manufactured or modular home licensee licensed pursuant to the provisions of this Part or Part XIV-B of this Chapter for violations of the Code or the manufactured or modular home provisions of this Part or Part XIV-B of this Chapter. The notice, hearing, and actions as prescribed in this Section shall be governed by the provisions of Chapter 13 of Title 49 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, and particularly R.S. 49:977.3(C) relative to emergency action.
