§3275.5. Implementation
A.The commission shall promulgate any rules and regulations necessary for the
collection and publication of the information outlined in this Chapter.
B.This Chapter does not require an energy utility to provide an annual consumption
report, but an energy utility shall disclose to the commission whether it does or does not
provide this service.
