§3275.3. Publication of utility data A. The commission shall annually publish a list that includes both of the following:
(1)Energy utilities that offer property owners with multiple meters the option to
request an annual consumption report.
(2)Energy utilities that do not offer the option listed in Paragraph (1) of this
Subsection.
B. The commission shall do all of the following with the list required by Subsection
A of this Section:
(1)Publish on the commission's website.
(2)Distribute to relevant state and local government offices, including but not
limited to:
(a)Louisiana Economic Development.
(b)Parishes.
(c)Cities.
C. The commission shall publish the list required by Subsection A of this Section
by March first of each year, covering the previous calendar year.
