§ 49:1140 — Inland water cleanup

§1140. Inland water cleanup
In order to fulfill the obligations and responsibilities under this Chapter, the secretary
may promote and encourage inland water cleanups whereby a waterway cleanup may be
conducted annually by local groups to clean rivers, bayous, lakes, streams, and other
waterways encouraging beautification through removal of litter and debris.
