Text
A. The commission shall meet quarterly, but may meet as often as necessary, to conduct business as a commission. B.
(1)Failure to attend at least seventy-five percent of called meetings in any calendar year is cause for removal from the commission.
(2)Members of the commission missing seventy-five percent of called meetings in any calendar year may be removed from the commission by a majority vote of the voting members of the commission.
(3)Removal of a member constitutes a vacancy.
C. A majority of the voting members shall constitute a quorum.
