§1136. Anti-litter campaign; industrial and civic cooperation requested
In order to aid in the statewide anti-litter campaign authorized by this Chapter, the
secretary may solicit the assistance and active cooperation of industry and private civic
organizations which are active in anti-litter efforts so that additional effect may be given to
the campaign to eradicate litter within the state.
