§1135. Removal of litter; responsibility
The duty to remove litter from receptacles placed at publicly owned parks, beaches,
campgrounds, trailer parks, roadside parks, and other property shall remain with those state
and local agencies performing litter removal within their respective jurisdictions. The duty
to remove litter from litter receptacles placed on private property which is used by the public
shall remain with the owner.
