§ 48:2202 — Records
Louisiana·Title 48 Roads, Bridges and Ferries
§2202. Records A company shall maintain the following records:
(1)Individual trip records for at least three years from the date each trip was
provided.
(2)Individual records of drivers for at least three years after the date which a driver's
relationship with the company has ended.
