§511.4. Information systems; denial or revocation of registration

A.Not later than October 1, 2020, the assistant secretary of the office of motor vehicles shall establish, operate, and maintain motor carrier, commercial motor vehicle, or driver information systems and data analysis programs to support safety regulatory and enforcement activities which comply with the information systems established and operated by the secretary of the United States Department of Transportation pursuant to 49 U.S.C. 31106.
B.The failure of an applicant for registration of a commercial motor vehicle to provide information required by the registrar on the application or to provide required support documentation shall be grounds for denial of the application for registration.
