Immediately upon receipt, the secretary shall remit to the state treasurer all taxes, together with all interest and penalties applicable thereto, collected and the state treasurer shall place the same to the credit of the state general fund. {{NOTE: SEE ACTS 1986, NO. 690, §2.}}
