Text

The entire cost of the proceedings herein authorized shall not exceed (a) in uncontested cases the sum of $10.00, exclusive of the fee of the special counsel who may be appointed and of the court reporter;

(b)and in contested cases shall not exceed $10.00, exclusive of the fee of the special counsel who may be appointed and of the court reporter.
