§2405. Louisiana Children's Trust Fund Board; staff; duties
A. The board, with the approval of the executive director of the Children's Cabinet,
shall appoint an executive director for the board who shall be in the unclassified service and
who shall report to the executive director of the Children's Cabinet.
B. Repealed by Acts 2017, No. 237, §3.
C. The executive director of the board shall perform duties and functions as required
by the board and under the direction of the executive director of the cabinet.
