§ 46:2372 — Visual recording

§2372. Visual recording The appointing authority, on his own motion or on the motion of a party to the proceedings, may order that the testimony of the person who is deaf or hard of hearing and the interpretation/transliteration thereof be electronically or visually recorded for use in verification of the official transcript of the proceedings.
