§231.1. Family Assistance Programs; prohibitions; requirements
A.The state public assistance program shall consist of a cash
assistance program, the Family Independence Temporary Assistance Program
and an education, employment, training, and related services program for
work-eligible families, STEP, and TANF-funded initiatives.
B.The state public assistance programs funded with federal TANF
funds shall include all the requirements and prohibitions of PRWORA, and
applicable changes due to its reauthorization.
