§2367. Interpreter/transliterator in full view
Whenever an interpreter/transliterator is required to be appointed under this Chapter,
the appointing authority shall not commence proceedings until the appointed
interpreter/transliterator is in full view of and spatially situated to assure effective
communication with the deaf or hard of hearing participant.
